- Advise: We are committed to informing you of the process, including your rights and options for a formal investigation.
- Assist: We will work to support you to ensure you have continued access to educational and employment opportunities. Supportive measures can include, but are not limited to, no-contact directives, changes in class or work schedules, emergency housing, counseling, and academic support.
- Act: We will take reasonable and necessary action to prevent discrimination and harassment and respond promptly and thoroughly, whether we learn about the issue directly or indirectly, regardless of whether a formal complaint is filed.
